Protect yourself from scams by working only with vendors and contractors officially approved by PMMI for PACK EXPO Southeast.
PMMI has received reports of fraudulent hotel booking practices across PACK EXPO events. These scams often involve third-party room brokers falsely claiming to be affiliated with the show. Attendees and exhibitors may be asked for pre-payment or deposits, only to find later that no hotel reservation was made.
This issue has been reported across the trade show industry by convention bureaus, show organizers and trade show managers.
Only Book Through Expovision, the Official Housing Partner
To avoid hotel scams, use only the official PACK EXPO Southeast Hotel Reservation Office. Expovision is the Official Hotel Reservation Office for all PACK EXPO shows. It is the only company officially sanctioned and certified by PMMI to book hotel rooms on behalf of PACK EXPO Southeast exhibitors and attendees. PMMI has no affiliation with any other room brokers or hotel booking agencies.
The official PACK EXPO Southeast Hotel Reservation Office requires only credit card information to guarantee your reservation. The first night and tax deposit will be charged by the hotel 2–3 weeks before guest arrival.
If you have questions or concerns about your hotel reservation, contact Expovision directly.
