Use this shipping label to ship your hanging overhead sign to the advance warehouse.
All Hanging Sign paperwork, orders and layouts must be submitted AND APPROVED by Show Management prior to February 3rd. In order to receive the advanced pricing, signs must be shipped to the advanced warehouse and arrive prior to February 26, 2025.
The Structural Integrity Statement and the Hanging Sign Information forms must be completed online in order to have your hanging sign approved. Approval deadline is February 3, 2025.
Hanging Sign Labor & Equipment
Your hanging sign request must be submitted, approved by Show Management by February 3, 2025, and sent to advance warehouse to receive advance rates. Advance Warehouse Freight Deadline is February 26, 2025.
Prior to placing any hanging sign orders, you must submit the following information:
- Structural Integrity Form
- Hanging Sign Information Form

Booth Height Restrictions for in-line, aisle-to-aisle, peninsula and island booths:
- The TOP of the hanging material must NOT exceed the height restriction for your booth type and size.
- Booths under 599 sq. ft. Hanging signs are NOT permitted.
- Booths 600 - 1,499 sq. ft. are allowed a maximum height of 14’ for all display materials including logos, graphics and hanging signs.
- Booths 1,500 sq. ft. and over are allowed a maximum height of 18’ for all display material including logos, graphics and hanging signs.
Submit any orders for Truss/Lighting and Motor Equipment as required (if applicable).
Your hanging sign diagram must include the following:
- Hang point Locations (*Hang point: Any point on sign that cable is connected to hang/support sign)
- Height above the floor of each point
- Weight for each hang point that will be suspended
- Plan showing the location of the hang points and the structure as it pertains to the overall exhibit
