- Exhibit Space Application and Contract Launch: October 6, 2025
- Contract and 25% deposit Due Date: February 23, 2026
- Space Selection will take place early March

Space Selection Process
- The Show Contact at each company, having submitted an application by the deadline, will receive an email from PMMI informing them of their date & time for space selection.
- On the date & time assigned, PMMI will call the Show Contact to make their final selection.
- Floor Plans are updated in real time so exhibiting companies can follow along and be prepared with their booth requests during their appointment time.
- PMMI will assign your space during your appointment time and send a confirmation email.
